American Forces for WW2

No - I don't know why I'm painting them other than I wanted to! My efforts are reducing the lead mountain in time for Salute in April, and I'm getting close to enough troops for a game of Bolt Action or similar!

They are mostly Crusader Miniatures with some Warlord/Bolt Action thrown in. They are still a bit dark, so the layering process will hopefully brighten them up somewhat.

 

I've also been working on some armoured support, again from Warlord: An M10 Tank destroyer, and what is easily my favourite WW2 tank (especially after building the Matchbox kit all those years ago - The Chaffee!
